Update on COVID-19 (coronavirus) for Our Patients

We are prepared and taking the appropriate measures as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the protection and safety of our patients and staff.

IMPORTANT

  • Park behind the shopping center in a numbered parking space or 5 minute parking if it's available.
  • Text the following to (760) 916-4349:
    • pet name
    • last name
    • appointment time
    • parking space number
  • YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING OR WE WILL NOT EXAMINE YOUR PET.
  • An attendant will come out to your vehicle and retrieve your pet(s), your credit/debit card and any paperwork you may have.
  • DO NOT LEAVE THE PARKING AREA UNLESS ADVISED TO DO SO! HAVE YOUR PHONE READY FOR THE DOCTOR TO CALL YOU.
  • After examination, the doctor will discuss possible diagnosis, treatment plans, etc. with you. After exam/treatments we will process payment.
  • The attendant will then bring your pet back out to you with your payment card, receipt and any meds or paperwork if applicable.

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We also accept Care Credit.

Care Credit is a credit line for medical/veterinary expenses that allow for six months deferred interest and all interest charges waived if balance paid in full in six months
